Robyn doesn’t need AI now. Her Grammy performance will be her vehicle to success.
I live in Houston and Robyn Troup is from Houston and attends USC. Since the beginning of the Grammy contest she has been on the radio stations pretty regularly giving interviews. She was awesome at the Grammy’s which makes no sense the idea of her not making it. She was totally shocked that she didn’t make it through but was very gracious. Since the Grammy’s she has been getting calls and offers so I hope she makes it. Maybe this a good thing that she doesn’t get wrapped up in the Idol contract. She can make it on her own and let Idol knkow what they missed out on.
I’m glad both Chrises (how do you type plural Chris?) are on the rumored list… I didn’t so much enjoy Chris Robinson but he is from where I live at, and related to a lady I work with so that would be neat if he makes it at least to the Top 24! Chris S is my favorite so far though. I know he’s not the best singer but he can sing well and I like his personality.
So Robyn was in Sundance’s group? I’m confused.
If Robyn from the grammys got cut on Idol, I want to see the audition again. Cuz she rocked the grammy song with Justin. I can’t imagine her sucking so bad as to get cut from Idol. Could it be on YouTube? Sometimes they are there for awhile till they get deleted I think.
Those girls singing with Sundance weren’t good, though. Good for Robyn that she won the grammy thing, but wow, Sundance’s whole group kinda sucked.

Was she the same one that performed on the Grammys? Cuz I thought the grammy girl was AWESOME. If I hadn’t heard them say she was an amateur who won a contest, I would’ve thought she was a seasoned professional. If she was the same one who got cut on Idol, something is definitely wrong.
So no Marisa on the list. And I said she was my new favorite. Oh well.
At the beginning of Tuesday night’s show, I thought for sure Baylie would be one of the final twelve . Of the three girls in her group, she seemed to be the only one who had it all together. I could NOT believe she forgot her words ????!!!!!!! I could not believe what I was seeing !!! I felt so bad for her, since I felt for sure she was going to make it to the end. I am still in shock ! Oh well, I’m sure she will be back next year.
I just wish Shyamali and Baylie had made it. I think they were by far the 2 best females we have heard in auditions. oh well. maybe next year. they are both young.
