    Sorry guys, all I can think of when I see that youtube of Allison is “little girl playing grown up”. The band rocked, but even the backup singers couldn’t improve Allison’s diction issue.

    well, I fail to be impressed with this person’s opinion..I mean, who is this?? Just someone that has their opinion as I have mine… and my opinion is she was fun to watch, had passion for her song and sounded great..Many rock songs are hard to understand the words…and mostly, the words are not worth a hoot anyway….mostly rock is a combination of the sight and sound…I didn’t mind her arms at all…I mean, everyone has two…she would have looked silly with them at her side while singing rock…show me one rock singer that isn’t flailing something…an arm, a leg or a guitar…nahhhh,,she was good…
    so, you carry this opinion back to where you got that one.

    She kicked ass! That girl can ROCK! As for the arm question – Joe Cocker anyone? As for the diction? Little Richard, Mick Jagger, Robert Plant, Kurt Cobain, Ann Wilson, Chrissie Hynde, etc.

    For a young girl that just celebrated her 17th birthday I thought she was fantastic. It must have been hard for her to do a show right after all the stress of just finishing Idol. I can’t wait to see her in the future. As talented and as young as she is I think we will see great things from her in the long run. :smile:

    So true, they all step up a little when they are just singing for the sake of singing and not crawling and begging to make it to the next round.

    Allison was one of my favorites this year for sure. She has an amazing voice. But I’m not too crazy about this song, though. :blush:
