Lauren, that is what I do too. With no busy signals to judge by, the raw numbers seem to be much more helpful.
Why not look at the raw numbers? Those seem to be more informative.

Based upon how dial idol works I would venture to guess there aren’t enough calls being made to generate busy signals.
