American Idol had a twist tonight. Instead of having a Top 12, we have a Top 13

I think she sounds a little like Duffy and I’m a big fan of that kind of music, anyway all the girls are (at least in the next few weeks) going to have to do somthing special if they want to have a fighting chance, they are seriously outnumbered this season and Megan imo belongs in the top 5

I don’t think that this list is totally accurate. Here’s why..
Season 1 – Kelly was pimped after her semi-final
Season 2 – Clay and Ruben were the Golden 2 all season
Season 3 – Fantasia was the favorite from Day #1
Season 4 – Carrie was always a judge/producer favorite
Season 5 – Taylor received crazy buzz leading into Semis
Season 6 – Jordin Sparks was always in the competition
Season 7 – David Cook was the commercial advertising Hollywood Week. Once he sang “Hello” during the Semis, he was locked as a frontrunner.

I’m going to post a dissenting opinion. I am solidly on board with Megsn. I like her style and her voice. But all that proves is that we have very different tastes. However, I do take issue with anyone writing on here that anyone sucks. Please refrain from using abusive language.

Dr. E, I must now respectfully post a dissenting opinion. Idolfan is hardly the first person to say someone sucks on the blog this season. If Slim and the mods want to eliminate the term, no problem on my side, but I think it is unfair to single this particular poster out. Just my thought.
Based on what we have seen so far – I think that Michael and Jasmine will not be on the tour. As for the 3rd missee..? I, of course reserve the right to change my mind.

You seem to have missed the extremely hard pimping for Lil…
I also disagree with Melinda being the chosen one in season 6. Jordin/Lakesha were the ones. Simon was the only one who had Melinda #1.
