Some do the National Anthem before the game starts, but it does seems like the majority have “God Bless America” during the 7th inning stretch. I love it when the Yankees have Ronin Tyne (sp), the tenor, sing. Sends chills up my spine. Otherwise it’s canned Kate Smith.
At a lot of ballparks they sing this during the 7th inning stretch.
