Nigel : Bollywood with Joshua and Katee
Mary : Rumba with Gev and Courtney
Adam : Hip Hop with Comfort and Twitch
Lil C : Hip Hop with Mark and Chelsie
Mia : Pax De Deux with Katee and Will
Adam : Jazz with Courtney and Mark
Mary : Contemporary with Twitch and Katee
Debbie : Lyrical with Twitch and Kherington
Nigel : Hip Hop with Katee and Joshua
A dance off between Robert and Philip (the poppers). Wow, it was awesome. I liked Philip better, the wifey liked Robert better. The judges gave the dance off crown to Robert. Who did you like better?
We are treated to a routine with Mary Murphy and a guy half her age (Dimitri Season 2). To bad half the contestants can dance better than she can. Mary can dance about as well as Paula can sing.
At 9:01PM EST the Top 4 were called to the stage for the first elimination. Cat opened the envelope and ended the dream for Courtney. We now have the Top 3.
The Top 5 Guys performed a Broadway routine choreographed by Nigel
The first guest performance is The Cast of Chris Angel “Believe” doing some whacky rabbit homage that I was imitating in the living room. How silly it was. I thought my wife was going to die laughing. If only you all could have seen it. I am seriously going to have to try out for the show next year.
At 9:16PM EST the Top 3 were called to the stage again for elimination and this time Cat’s envelope had Katee’s name in it. Twitch and Joshua are the final 2. For being the final girl though, Katee was awarded a prize of $50,000.
Next is a routine by the Debbie Allen Dance Academy that Nigel joined and tapped to. Nothing to exciting. Just more filler to make the show last longer.
And now we have the awful Jonas Brothers. These boys are such a waste. Sorry to any of the fans reading but really, where is the talent here? This is one video I won’t bother posting. You will have to find it on youtube.
We get a look back at some of the contestants from previous season of Dance. I saw Lauren and Hok in there, and of course Lacey. Yeah I love Lacey. She should have won last season.
We now welcome the “Best of SYTYCD” to the stage for a routine to Rihanna “Don’t Stop the Music”. A lot of talent filled the stage. Wifey thought she saw her favorite past contestant, Ivan, but I didn’t see him.
It is time for the final results. Will it be Joshua or Twitch that takes the crown? Who’s name will Cat read from her envelope? Ladies and Gents – The Winner of SYTYCD Season 4 is Joshua

Yes, I thought that a bit odd myself. And I think he did too. In fact, when everyone came out to congratulate Joshua, I didn’t see Twitch there.
I think they made more of Katee, the third place winner. After all, she got $50,000, the first time they gave the first place “girl” a prize. So Joshua won , I think, $100,000, the third place winner gets $50,000 and Twitch, the SECOND place winner gets NOTHING ? This seems rather odd to me. And unfair. So Katee won $50,000 because she is a “girl”? Why wasn’t this mentioned during the beginning of the season ? I feel bad for Twitch. :sad:[/quote]
I think the winner (Joshua) actually wins $250,000.00 I think, but I could be wrong. As for Twitch, I did see him out there as he was one of the ones who put Joshua on his shoulders. I still think he deserved a few moments though – given how amazing he was/is.[/quote]
