Agreed but still got to give the boy props for a current song. Also think past years are out window this year. DA has a huge sympathy vote coming now that Nigel has confirmed Daddy’s banishment. Could the timing be any better to garner the sympathy vote?
Would assume it was because Idol couldn’t get the rights to the song. That is not confirmed though. Just my thought
